At Groovy Bookstore, every book is a hand-painted, made-to-order creation, crafted exclusively after your order is placed. Due to the time-intensive and highly personalized nature of our work, cancellations and refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed.

Each book goes through a meticulous handcrafting process, often taking several days of detailed artistic work.

• Every piece is created specifically for your order
• The design is custom-crafted and cannot be reused or resold
• Significant time, effort, and materials are invested immediately after order confirmation

For these reasons:

• Order cancellation is not possible once placed
• Refunds are not applicable after order confirmation

• The chances of damage during transit are extremely rare

While we take every precaution, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit, or
• Significantly different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Order details

After verification, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or assistance, as applicable).
